Contacted Edward via email about some family heirlooms, sent him some pictures and he gave me a rough idea of the valuation, he advised me to send the jewellery to him via royal mail special delivery, a daunting thought.. he said to screen shot the estimated value and video record the packaging of the items, then save until he had received items this would help me if the items got lost. He emailed the next day with his valuation, only one item was below the estimated value. But this was due to some stones not being real which he offered to send back recorded delivery. Thank you Edward, fantastic service. Got the ring back the next day and payment via bank transfer after accepting the valuations. The process seems to easy

We attended the valuation event today in Southport with an old jewellery box from an elderly deceased friend, plus some bits of gold and silver of our own. We were amazed at how much we were offered, over £1000 and had a bank transfer completed straight away.
We dealt with Jack who was so welcoming and friendly, he put us at ease straight away.

Visited Park lane in Fleetwood. Lorraine was very nice and friendly. She gave a good price for some jewellery. Was offered cash or bank transfer, I chose bank transfer and it was done instantly. Would highly recommend this company.

Visited the Sandbach event today, what a fabulous set up! From the volunteer staff, down to the valuers themselves the service was friendly, quick and very informative. Once a price was agreed the money was sent straight away by bank transfer making it easy and quick. I would recommend going along to see what your things are worth!
